As an Ordained Minister, Producer, Coach, Talk Show Host, Professional Speaker and Aspiring Author Deirdra Richardson believes that people perform at their best when they truly believe they are regarded as such...and that comes from SELF. It would be her pleasure to put her life experience to work for you.

 

Earning her Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Leadership form Southern Christian University and graduating with honors while raising five school aged children was no easy task.  After many attempts, some more successful than others to move onward and upward she faced many obstacles but not enough to push her back. She believes that comes from within and everyone has it, some know it more than others... non the less everyone has it.

 

Deirdra began her journey to transforming empowerment as a Program Specialist with the GIRL SCOUTS OF CENTRAL MARYLAND, she developed Sisters Ultimately Achieving Valued Empowerment (S.U.A.V.E.), Diversity Issues Valued Among Sisters (D.I.V.A.S), coordinated outdoor programming and many innovative Self-Esteem Programs. Added to her list of accomplishments would be developing, writing and receiving grants for the funding of the ACE of Space Science Program

Now in Raleigh NC Deirdra has established herself as a go getter, a leader, a communicator and one empowered by self determination. She prides herself on creating connections that result in win win situations for all involved.
