You've probably already figured this out with the help of Google but I wanted to put up a link to the online tutorial anyway - it's not mine...someone else has kindly already done the hard yards. There are a few 'how tos' on the web but I think this one is probably the easiest to understand. It's pretty stright forward once you know how, the hardest part is actually trying to film a suitable scene for the effect. As far as I know it will only work with PS 32 bit (not 64 bit)....looking forward to seeing some moving photos.
